songs about roving, rambling and plain hard luck & photography from the other side …

this is Christmas, for weak & for strong, the rich & the poor ones

And so this is Christmas / For weak and for strong / The rich and the poor ones / The road is so long / And so happy Christmas / For black and for white / For yellow and red ones / Let’s stop all the fight / A very merry Christmas / And a happy New Year / Let’s hope it’s a good one / Without any fear (John Lennon)

It’s never to late for wishes, Michèle. And so I’m wishing you just the same … the best for every day that will follow. And somehow I like to think that this is the true Christmas song. At least to me.

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

    Ulli

A typical European Winter scene, with this merry-go-round and its light making the night warmer for the children and also for the adults remembering their own childhood.
The title of the song is „Happy Xmas (War Is Over)“. Unfortunately, war is not over. And it seems it will never be over…

Besides all the wishing for a more peaceful world I know we’re trying our very best to practice it each & every day, Francis. Being out there, meeting strangers & getting to know the different worlds & backgrounds … and hopefully some day all these wishes come true. It may be another generation & I do believe it’s not us but I believe it’s worth every step we take on these unknown roads.

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.
