songs about roving, rambling and plain hard luck & photography from the other side …

ride on, ride on you midnight rider

So ride on, ride on you midnight rider / I’m the kind of guy now they will hang up higher / For me this boardwalk life is through / You should quit too / I’m out here alone in the rain / Just singing my songs like a long gone villain / Once so high now all lowed down / Now waitress please, just another round (SongDogs)

  2. ay, Fritsch, buddy – great chiarascuro and great coloration – a work of pure beauty, and at the same time a work of darkness and mystery … love it!

(oh, and who’s that handsome singer ;-) )

    Hepp!

A good lesson for the control of light.
    Greetings.

Well done Florian, nice contrast between light and stream this room dark and disturbing.

Darin möchte man eintauchen.

A spot of light in the dark, an indication of where we’re standing or which way to go ?

  8. Spot on.

Just a spot of light in the darkness and color hiding in the black. Sometimes things are like that. So, the question is: do we focus on the light and color or on the black? Or do we try to do both? Or, do we even have to answer that question in the first place? As for you „midnight rider“, you know you will never quit even if you are caught in the rain. It’s in your blood. Love the mix of the song (the entire video and the fun of it) and that playful photo.

i like the part of the song where you sound like tom waits, very fun… well i like the whole song, but you know, was just saying you are multi talented in a non groupie strictly photographically platonic kind of way :p you got the blues baby, ride on, ride on….

tho i find the picture depressing, been backstage at alot of rock shows and i know it’s drunk and dreery back there…

so yeah, good shot, it works

    now that’s definitely groovy.. :)

  12. All lights are not equal and not all lights we see similar. Light is there either to break the darkness or to reveal it. Only those living and conquering the darkness know, or at least think, we know the truth behind it. The lightness and darkness brings great images to you. Bring them on.
