Dein Foto müsste man Pussy Riot zukommen lassen. Würde sie aufmuntern, denke ich.
Auch der Spruch ist intelligenter Protest. Wo Du nun wieder gesehen haben wirst?! –

Behing the iron gates, different worlds and different times (as you can see on my side since tonight), different poems/lyrics too, different stories to think about… Here, Siberian stories to dream of, some nightmare in fact. And the smooth reflections to help the viewer build a story, passing from one layer to the other: there’s the news surface and there is what’s behind… That’s also an instant shot of our world and we can feel that nowadays things are getting each day more dramatic: we may be close to a big chasm… And this picture of yours, Florian, tells us about all these things, visible and invisible.

The symbolism of the incarceration of Pussy Riot is obvious here. Their particular dissent is still heard although the voices may have been rendered quiet–for a while. It may well rise again, or there may be others who continue. it’s a complicated discussion, and it will go on for some time.

Very powerful shot ! Great composition !

  8. Pussy Riot hinter Gittern.

  9. Do not admit defeat … Yes, the world panics. Yes, the world is unrecognizable. The 21st century is that of spirituality. Should we still believe in men?

The grave isn’t always what we picture it my friend, sometimes the grave is as breathing as the lives we hold, never slow down enough to be buried in comfort and familiarity

  12. ay, Fritsch!

another great shot from you. great light, great contrast, great composition. and – at least to me – a great pairing of words and vision which only you can do!
