got lonesome fuel for fire

My heart is always on the line / I’ve traveled all kinds of places / The song is always the same / Got lonesome fuel for fire / Got 45s to play at night / Got books to spend with every weekend / The story’s always the same / Got lonesome fuel for fire (M. Ward)

A brilliant composition, once more in this autobahn series. These heavy structures look so light. The curved bridge provides the feeling of a dynamic impetus. My eyes are following it, my brains are already traveling far from this crossroad.
We’re meeting there, Florian, in this cold distance, in a future time that escapes to our ordinary universe. Brilliant, indeed!

  4. Far gone on intersected roads, weary with travel, washed up, washed out…And yet, but yet, the fire rages on, the lonesome fuel burns through, still bright with desire. Questions of love & hate becomes irrelevant, you need the road, you need it’s fuel, you need to keep going…till the end of the line. Until then, we burn along.

Wonderful graphic simplicity. Love the way the blacks and whites and grey curves bisect one another.

  6. cannot say anything other than what Marcie said over here – love the graphic simplicity, the flow of the curves and how you make these heavy structures seem so … light!

    keep on burning, Fritsch!

    Viva!

Aussichtslos. Viele Kurven, Ecken, Winkel. Always the same story. No way out.

Ich bin froh, dass die Bücher, die ich lese, mich nach wie vor nicht in die Enge, sondern ins Weite führen.

I really appreciate this serie! Think you should produce an exhibition with your pictures of that spot!
    Have a nice day.
