invisible city XIV

© Storefront Genthiner Str. Berlin 2009 by Fritsch

3 am and the bottles are lined up in rows on the floor again / ‚Summer in Siam‘ plays on repeat again we never get sick of it / Now that I’m home again / In the kitchen with you / There’s no one else I can talk to / The lights are all covered and dim and there’s nothing but a gentle ease here / ‚Summer in Siam‘ plays and you and me and our whole place, we’re okay / Now that I’m in your arms again (Richmond Fontaine)

    Sehr gut, weiter so.

love it, the idealised environment of the shop display, a world most of us will never occupy. Cool shot

that’s not a store front then, it’s our cozy love nest where the same song plays over and over and makes the sound track for our winter of contentment… so Merry Christmas, lover of my photography, i wouldn’t dream of being without you… you add color to my life like this and it’s shocking to my soul in a good way, like paddles that set my heart beating again….

Here at night, when „de madrugada“ it’s better roll on and not stop at the traffic lights, just slow down, and with a little help of good fortune have a look at the illuminated shops making you think of your own home where you just hope reach until there… That’s it and it’s even better with the music you chose for us. I like very much that invisible city you make visible for our eyes!

Damn well seen…tripod? Sharp, clear, and the dance between shadow and color is the winner for me here.
