dieses photo beeindruckt mich. es ist nicht ganz scharf, dafür aber umso interessanter. das lied von springsteen passt ganz gut. TOP photograph!
Ein fantastisches Bauwerk mit herausragender Architektur im Art Déco-Stil, das Grandhotel Ritz-Carlton, stilisiert und flächig, entledigt von allem Überflüssigen und durch die Stimmung die das Bild ausstrahlt, doppelt beeindruckend … keep up the fine work!
Eine Welt ohne Menschen. Eine klar strukturierte, schöne Fassade, symmetrisch geordnet. Der fluffig verwehte Himmel, der sich in den Glasscheiben spiegelt und die durch den Ausschnitt und die „Linkslastigkeit“ der Bildelemente gebrochene Symmetrie des Fotos. Widerstand. Ahnung von Freiheit.
Würde die beiden Fotos „Reckless burning“ und dieses hier gerne einmal nebeneinander sehen. Hier: Die ästhetisch „aufbewahrte“ Einsamkeit – dort: der hingetupfte, wie zufällig erfasste Moment der Reduktion, der Einsamkeit, die zumindest Spuren menschlichen Daseins ahnen lässt.

Like the tight crop around building. It seems sort of art deco style. The bw makes look timeless. The clouds and their reflection in the windows add additional life to the imagery. Nice seeing.

Erinnert mich ein bissle an den Vorspann von einen Monty-Phyton Film. Die Senioren welche das Kapital, zerschlagen, … Gelungene Aufnahme, besonderst mit dem wildem Himmel.
