lost highway

© Berlin Badensche Str. 2009 by Fritsch

I’m a rolling stone, all alone and lost / For a life of sin, I have paid the cost / When I pass by, all the people say / „Just another guy on the lost highway.“ (Leon Payne as sung by Hank Williams)

This is black and white vision, good one!

Breite Fette Weiße Streifen, scheinen in die Nacht. Wartend auf eine Begehung. Cooles S/W Bild.

  3. How perfectly titled! The white lines of the crosswalk seem to glow and almost hover about the road itself. I like this eerie feel…bravo!

    Walter

Fantastic, scary… the zebra cross is well lighten, but then… the darkness.

Der sicher beleuchtete Weg ins… Nichts. Was für ein sinniges Bild, gerade in diesen Tagen.

‚taking chances in life is like crossing a road. You gotta see what’s coming, although the road seems clear.‘ – quote by myself. =)

ah, I thought at first you took this in midday. Then I wondered how you’ve made the background dark, but the crossing lines so light. I bet this was taken at night. =) I agree that the lines seem to be glowing. great! thanks for sharing!

repetition rules! Love the receding stripes and the way that they lead you into uncertain darkness.

    funny how secrets travel along
I’d start to believe if I were to bleed
Thin skies, the man chains his hands held high
    Cruise me blond
    Cruise me babe
A blond belief beyond beyond beyond
    No return
    No return
