    doch endlich bleibt mein Kieselstein

    und denken, der Stein wär etwas zum Essen;

Florian, keep up the fine work!

This is so eerie, I love it.The black sky and the very white foreground make it almost surreal. The abandoned boat in the ice and the naked trees in the back add even more mystery, superb

Such an evocative mood you captured/created here.

  4. Uwe sagt:

LG, Uwe

  5. My father always say, what’s the big deal with photography, what’s it all about, how can anything be good. All I can offer, all I can say to people like him, the unbelievers if you like, I’ll say, have a look at this, and dare not feel anything.

    Love this beautiful image.

Icy geometry, icy feeling, icy inspiration. And what an awesome inspiration! Listening to the music along, you take me, Florian, to unknown lands. Icy heart, icy skin, icy legs. And what an intriguing body! Listening to the music of my indoor mind, you help me, Florian, to set me free.
Time has frozen, there in no more way for time to go on. This is an illustration of eternity and you break, Florian, all the rules. Five icy stars gem here!!!

Frozen paralysis–nothing can function as it was intended–or, possibly, the paralysis was intended as well. The shadow of the tree makes this all the more surreal.

LOve the contrast between the sky and the white of the snow; great play with shadows too! A master piece!
    Have a nice day.

the boat caught me by surprise. at first i thought it was all shadows.

Stillstand. Still gestellt. Still.

„ARTSY“ quality intact, plus your „POETIC“ sense… it’s a YAY… good one! We all need art in our lives (HA!).

  16. just …. great, Fritsch. the viewer can almost feel the cold chill touch his cheeks!

(oh, and the lovely shadow cast the tree casts on the ice!)

  18. Quelle ambiance ! Le ciel est terrible. Les contrastes sont naturellement beaux.
