a really strong photo, fritsch. the contrast to our “normal free WORD” is big and small at the same time.
the sharpness of the wall and the chair is good, so the perpective is situated on this point. fantastic!

  3. Very cool shot with an interesting perspective. Just when I think I’ve figured it out, I realized I have not. I like that.

took me a while, but it’s a prison? really interesting idea and well shot.

  6. Fritsch sagt:

    You’re right, David. It’s a former prison & now a memorial place.

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Looking on the door (‘outside’) through bars.
Locked in a cage, like a bird?
    Strong image, buddy.
    Love it!

sad, dark and cold at the same time. the view if seen from the outside and the view from the inside the bars are totally different. at first i thought it was an electric chair at first. or is it really?

  13. Fritsch sagt:

No, Kamal, it’s not an electric chair. It’s a wooden chair that could be turned around automatically.

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Oh, that chair where so many stood, with the number under the face. Oh, that could be you or me, question of bad or good fortune. You caught it in a very good manner, darks and lights like bad and good projected on the wall, the conscience wall. No escape.

This is going to sound really off the wall, but it looks like an electric chair to me.
