ramblin‘ man
But when that open road starts to callin’ me / There’s somethin’ o’er the hill that I gotta see / Sometimes it’s hard but you gotta understand / When the lord made me, he made a ramblin’ man (Hank Williams)

another nice b&w work out of your point of view. i like minimalistic scenery and the contrast between the deep black of the trees and the shiny white of the small clouds in the sky.
Beste Gruesse, a.h.lex.
Zu diesem Bild das von den starken Kontrasten und vom Text von Hank Williams lebt, kommt mir folgendes Gedicht von Ringelnatz in den Sinn :)
In Hamburg lebten zwei Ameisen,
die wollten nach Australien reisen.
Bei Altona auf der Chaussee,
da taten ihnen die Beine weh,
und da verzichteten sie weise
dann auf den letzten Teil der Reise.
Viele Grüße & auch Dir weiterhin sichere Straßen, Walter.
Großartig, Walter. Vielen, vielen Dank!
Viele Grüße & weiterhin sichere Straßen, Fritsch.
The high contrast works so well, but still offers nice detail in the road itself. The feeling of getting out, starting anew. Great shot!
The ramblin‘ man may be hidden under a dark tree. But, for sure, a desert road is more frightening than any human presence in your well composed landscape.
Wenn man die Halteverbote entfernen würde, währe bestimmt was los auf der Strasse. Aber wer weiß, in was für ein Chaos die Strasse führt.
we’re on a road to nowhere …
viele grüße

Great dark contrasts and tones in this excellent B&W image. Like the lonely road leading the eye through this wonderful compositiobn.
there’s something about this shot that makes you want to travel that road and see where it’ll lead you. very good.
You were standing in the middle of the road for this capture. Very good:-)
again, just great – gritty, contrasty, lonely.
an open road disappearing into the distance, where are you going? Very Kerouac feel. Greta stuff
Beautiful black and white frame.
I love the conversion here, adds the correct mood. Those circle in the right side look bizarre, as if strange object, hanging in the air.
Splendid.
another awesome black and white photo of yours. thumbs up
a road leading to nowhere. great image. i feel the loneliness here. and even you can stand in the middle of the road in the middle of the day to take this shot! =)

I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.“ (Robert Frost)
