invisible city VII

Far, far away a train whistle blows / Wherever you’re goin‘, wherever you’ve been / Waving good bye at the end of the day / You’re up and you’re over, and you’re far away (Tom Waits)

wow! there is much of this invisible things in a city in this photo. But the strong light of the railstation build a hopeful scenery. This photo got a very strong character!

I like images that convey the spirit of moment and place and this has plenty. It looks so out there, so alone. Spot on composition.

Gosh, this is some piece of art. Your ‚Invisible City‘ series just keep getting better and better. I really like that the ‚Haltestelle‘ is surrounded by darkness. Somehow it looks creepy too. =). Nice work indeed Fritsch!

a mystery: why is this station, so brightly lit, being swallowed by the darkness…what is the story? what lurks in the black margins of the image?

    excellent indeed!!

This series of shots is wonderful! You inspire me to try to get out at night… Anytime I have ever tried night shots, they have been a adventure!

  13. This is incredible! I love the darkness that surrounds, the train tracks becoming even thinner as the scene slowly begins to disappear. Excellent!
