ahead of a slow moving coldfront

Things are tough all over / When the thunder storms start / Increasing over the southeast / And south central portions / Of my apartment, I get upset / And a line of thunderstorms was / Developing in the early morning / Ahead of a slow moving coldfront / Cold blooded (Tom Waits)

What a surprising colored apparition! Between whites and blues, the yellow pickets drive the eyes to one dark tree and that’s where we can guess the presence of three people.
Well, this coldfront looks a little bit surrealistic when seen from Brazil, but we know through our medias that it has been heavy and has killed hundreds of persons.
Your composition, Florian, is just perfect, the light too and I can almost feel the coldness where I’m sitting despite of 31°C.

It looks like some people have used the cold front for their entertainment. What a contrast to the hardship it has brought others. Personally, I crave the warmth again, but know that others might find that what is my pleasure is their burden. Times are tough all over. Great storytelling, Fritsch.

6. It’s always such an unexpected surprise to see you paint in colour,Florian, and this one is quite special, and you know what really get’s me? It’s those lines in the snow, all those intricate shapes and designs, each with their own unique story to tell, their own unique direction, like little lives, lived. Beautiful, man.

A scarred surface – but it’s all temporary.
