a stillness in the midwest

There’s a stillness in the midwest and a ringin‘ in my ears / Ev’rything I think about ain’t very clear / The pine trees are lined up under the blue / Stumblin‘ an ol‘ street and me without you (Malcolm Holcombe)

Mai.

    Excellent shot!
And perfect title for this picture, good reviewers the mood of stillness.
And also interesting symmetry and the distribution of light and dark areas.

Others have beat me to the punch with their comments – the symmetry, lines and composition all are working well here.
So I’ll add my „Well Done!“ to the chorus.

A still place when you shot it. Maybe not always still?
It looks like there are some reflections over the doors. And what a strange cabin (in the middle) whose door seems difficult to open. Is it a perspective effect?
No doubt, Florian, a kind of place we need to traveling safe…
