songs about roving, rambling and plain hard luck & photography from the other side …

but still, there is no place

© STOP N WATCH Büsum, 2010 by Fritsch

Tell the winter hunter / I knew. I knew / Of a heart gone still / We crossed the tracks that carry / And I was, I was beneath you / But still, there is no place / Still, there is no place (Jesse Sykes & The Sweet Hereafter)

Famos, Fritsch.

Nothing to see in the distance, which means every thing to see, and specially another country, another border… I like the symetry of the composition, the feeling of coldness of the area.

I like the symmetrical oddness, like some strange obelisk.

oh no Florian, you monochromes are the bestest there is… you don’t know… i’m thinking of giving up photography, because i’m in a depression about hubby getting fired and everything i process looks like a piece of CRAP to me… tell me, if you saw my photography moving in a slightly different direction, what would it be? no wait that’s not fair to ask you, i guess i will just have to wait for the black cloud to lift and see if photography remains after the storm… i love this lonely picture of yours ’stop‘, yes, maybe….

    „Erinnerung“

    Willst du immer weiter schweifen?
Sieh, das Gute liegt so nah.
    Lerne nur das Glück ergreifen.
Denn das Glück ist immer da.
