moved out here thinking I could quit

© Ruppiner See 2010 by Fritsch

I moved out here thinking I could quit / I did for a day and that was it / Maybe it’s the cold that’s getting to me / What’s happened has happened / What will be we’ll see / Time will tell, then the bells will ring / I could’ve been a beggar, I could’ve been a king / When nothing is lost nothing is free / It’s just another lonely Sunday by the sea (Langhorne Slim)

I like the strong contrast in BW for this capture: it changes this quiet time: something will happen!
    Have a nice day.

and what is it you want to quit? my dear Florian…. you seem perfect to me, and don’t you dare quit flirting with me lol i love this picture, it reminds me of those bathing suit family pictures from the 50’s, when everything was perfect and a man could support his family on one income!!!

Great way the planked wharf leads the eye to the three figures. This made me shiver, as if from the water and a cool dip.

Lovely. In this hot weather, I’m sure everybody wants to go for a dip. This looks retro too. :-)
